FORSA Dublin - CALIBRO
Forsa required an update to their 1st floor space in dublin, matching the previous 3rd floor upgrade. The office had become well used and was in need of revitalising to make the environment a more attractive space to work in.
the Office floor has been transformed to increase staff productivity and engagement. creating much needed cellular spaces balanced with a light central spine which included The introduction of a central open resource area to the floor consisting of a bespoke coloured storage wall complementing the brand. a bespoke lighting feature creates a focal gathering point has been created using cut out timber shapes incorporating the Forsa logo that amplifies the brand in the space.
Key to the projects was the new canteen and breakout area adjacent to the main office space. The space was redesigned to create a more relaxed, modern atmosphere and provide a multi-function space for the staff to eat, collaborate and work. A feature coloured ceiling connects the space with the clients brand and suspended circular acoustic panels were hung to provide increased sound comfort and circular LED Halo lighting to complement the overall design.
the breakout area, a mix of high and low – level dining tables and benches were added for staff to work and eat at along with a section of soft seating and feature wall with an organic and softer feel to the space.
A prime example of our Team Support, Steer Design assisted Calibro in the design for Forsa where Calibro has a fantastic relationship with the client and needed support on the design and technical specification of the project. Steer Design supported Calibro in collaborating to interpret the brief to bring the features and details of the project to the design as well as drawing up the detailed design.
Steer Design worked on the concept and detail to bring a more modern and relaxed feel to the spaces, bringing colour and an organic feel to the feature areas.
