Steer Design is governed by the data protection laws in the United Kingdom and takes all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal information. If you are visiting any of our website or using any our services, by continuing to do so, you indicate your agreement to our use of your personal information as set out in this privacy policy.

Information Collection and Purpose
Information that you share with Steer Design enables us to provide a service to you and we collect this information by telephone, electronic and written correspondence, marketing tools or via our website. We may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We may share your contact information with Squarespace, or another email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf. We may ask you for information including your full name, private/business address, job title, contact telephone numbers and email address.  We may also ask you for other information that relates to the service you are using or require. We do not knowingly process personal data of children under 16. We do not hold financial data, nor do we ask for it or request payment on our website. We may use this data to contact you on a one off basis or a regular basis including but not limited to these purposes: in relation to working/collaborating together, to send irregular newsletters of our news and projects.

We will process and store this personal information internally only and will not disclose it to any third parties without authorisation. We will, however, provide information when required to do so by law, for example under a court order, or in response to properly made demands, under powers contained in the Data Protection legislation.

We do not process data outside of the UK.

Amending or Removing your Details
You may amend your registration details at any time or ask us to remove your details from our files by emailing us at mel@designsteer.co.uk. On receipt of such request we will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible.

Our platform and hosting provider is Squarespace, Inc. Squarespace is a platform provided by Squarespace, Inc. that allows the Owner to build, run and host this Application. Squarespace is highly customisable and can host websites from simple blogs to complex e-commerce platforms. Various types of data as specified in the privacy policy of their service is collected.
